PDR & Hail Repair in Spring, TX

Spring sits about 25 minutes north of our shop at 6113 Milwee St in Houston. Most customers hop on I-45 North, exit at Spring Cypress Rd, Louetta Rd, or FM-2920, and we meet them at the door for a free estimate. If the hail claim is large, we can arrange a flatbed pickup from anywhere in 77379, 77388, 77389, or 77373 so you never have to drive a battered vehicle across Harris County.

Spring Neighborhoods We Serve

We work with owners across every pocket of Spring. Klein and Champion Forest sit closest to FM-1960 and see a lot of commuter traffic on Stuebner-Airline — we pick up and drop off there daily. Gleannloch Farms and Augusta Pines along Champions Forest Dr have wide, open driveways where hail tends to pile, which is why we see so many daily-drivers from those two communities. Old Town Spring and Creekside Park at Old Town Spring customers typically come in via Spring Cypress Rd. Windrose, Birnam Wood, Memorial Northwest, and Auburn Lakes round out the rest of our regular Spring service footprint, along with Louetta Lakes off Louetta near Grand Parkway.

Recent Spring Hail History

Spring is on the receiving end of north Harris County's worst storm cells. The March 2026 Spring, Woodlands, and Cleveland hail event dropped golf-ball to quarter-sized hail straight down the I-45 corridor — we logged our heaviest Spring claim volume of the decade that week, with dozens of Gleannloch Farms, Klein, and Augusta Pines vehicles coming in for full-panel restoration. Read our full write-up here: March 2026 Spring Hail Storm Recap. The April 2025 supercell that punched through Tomball into Spring produced nickel-sized stones and cracked windshields across Champion Forest, and the spring 2024 outbreak hit Memorial Northwest and Windrose particularly hard.

Why Spring Takes So Much Hail

North Harris County sits where Gulf moisture meets the dry line rolling in off the Texas Hill Country. When those two airmasses collide over the I-45 corridor, storms mature fast and drop their biggest stones on a north-south line — right on top of Spring. The openness around Jesse Jones Park and the Cypress Creek watershed means there is very little built environment to break up the fall, so hail lands at full velocity on hoods, roofs, and trunks.

Real Spring Repair: Gleannloch Farms Camry

After the March 2026 storm, a Gleannloch Farms owner brought us a 2022 Toyota Camry with 140+ dents across the hood, roof, and trunk — classic horizontal-panel hail damage. We filed with her carrier, handled the supplement, set up a rental, and finished the full paintless restoration in about eight business days at $0 out of pocket. Factory paint preserved, lifetime warranty attached to the repair.

Spring FAQ

SPRING HAIL & PDR QUESTIONS

Straight answers for Klein, Gleannloch Farms, Champion Forest, and the rest of Spring.

How long is the drive from Spring to your Milwee St shop?
Most Spring customers reach us in about 25 minutes. Take I-45 South from Spring Cypress Rd, Louetta Rd, or FM-2920, exit at West 43rd / Pinemont, and Milwee St is a two-minute hop off 290. If your vehicle is not safe to drive, we will send a flatbed to Klein, Gleannloch Farms, or anywhere else in Spring at no charge.
Are you still handling March 2026 Spring hail claims?
Yes. Texas gives you one to two years to file depending on your carrier, and many Spring owners are still opening claims from the March 2026 Woodlands / Spring / Cleveland storm. If your hood, roof, or trunk has dimpling you only just noticed, call us at (281) 906-7696 and we will pull comparable storm records for your address and file the claim for you.
Can I drop off my car after hours?
Yes. Spring commuters often drop off the night before on the way home from the Woodlands or downtown. We have a secure after-hours drop-off at 6113 Milwee St Ste E — call ahead and we will text you a drop envelope and instructions. Your vehicle is locked behind a gate overnight.
Is hail damage always worth filing a claim in Spring?
In almost every case, yes. Texas is a comprehensive-claim state, which means a hail claim does not raise your rates and usually carries a $0 deductible on full coverage after we apply available waivers. Even a "light" hail hit on a Champion Forest F-150 is typically $3,000–$6,000 of damage once every panel is counted. We inspect for free and tell you honestly if a claim is not worth it.

"March storm tore up my Tahoe in Gleannloch Farms. Pro PDR handled the whole claim with State Farm and had it back to me in a week and a half — zero out of pocket, paint looks untouched."

★★★★★

"Dropped off our Highlander from Champion Forest on a Friday night, picked it up the next Thursday. Hood and roof were hammered and now you cannot tell a thing happened. They even returned the rental for us."

Sarah P. — Google
★★★★★

"Had a crease on the door of my Klein-area Tacoma from a runaway cart. In and out in under two hours, a fraction of what the body shop on 1960 quoted. Real pros."
